      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments
      - Build trusted relationships with patients to foster better health outcomes
      - Travel locally and within licensed states to visit patients as needed
      - Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
      - Utilize clinical workflow tools and technology to enhance evaluation processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
      - Board certification in relevant field
      - Ability to cover primary locations, specifically the Norfolk County area
      - Experience in conducting health evaluations preferred
      - Must be available for part-time hours, approximately 29.5 hours weekly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-state licenses
      - Prior experience as a clinician in home health settings
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Knowledge of diagnostic and preventive services
