What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and potential diagnostic tests
- Build trusted relationships with patients to enhance their health and connect them with appropriate care
- Travel locally and within licensed states to provide care in patients' homes
- Utilize an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for evaluations without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens
- Provide additional services as indicated, such as Diagnostic & Preventive Services products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to cover primary locations, including Boston and surrounding areas
- Willingness to perform duties in diverse home environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses for broader coverage
- Previous experience in providing in-home care or health evaluations
