What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound calls and respond to chats from prospects, providing information on USCCA memberships
- Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads to drive sales
- Sell USCCA memberships and related products through phone and chat channels
- Maintain expert knowledge of the USCCA product suite and assist with Member Engagement lines as needed
- Track and document all customer interactions, ensuring accurate processing of orders and memberships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Established success in sales and customer service with a strong ability to exceed targets
- Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
- Demonstrated results in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
- Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
