      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound calls and respond to chats from prospects while making outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads
      - Sell memberships and related products through phone and chat channels, fulfilling the needs of prospects
      - Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and process orders accurately and efficiently
      - Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes while meeting or exceeding sales and service KPIs
      - Represent and promote the employer's core values in every customer interaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established success in sales and customer service, with the ability to foster relationships and exceed targets
      - Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
      - Demonstrated results in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport
      - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
      - Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
