What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert inbound calls into sales by identifying customer needs
- Provide a top-notch customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and auto-shipments
- Maintain flexibility to be cross-trained on other campaigns as needed
- Ensure reliability through punctuality and consistent attendance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales experience or a high level of motivation to close leads
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are non-negotiable
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Availability for nights and weekends as part of the work schedule
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing campaign needs
- Previous experience in a remote work setting
