      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively contact current and prospective members via phone and email to promote and sell business and medical-surgical products and services.
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders to establish trust and rapport.
      - Identify sales opportunities and help drive conversions to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      - Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications in CRM systems and analyze sales data to identify trends.
      - Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to align on prospect engagement and sales strategies.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required.
      - Entry-level experience of 0-2 years in sales development roles (SDR).
      - Working knowledge of sales concepts, processes, and practices.
      - Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with ease.
      - Strong oral and written communication skills and proficient computer skills.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in prospecting, cold outreach, and developing new client relationships to expand market share.
      - Ability to handle routine issues independently and refer complex matters to senior staff.
