      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business opportunities through various self-sourcing and prospecting techniques
      - Proactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling efforts to drive pipeline growth
      - Utilize effective sales closing techniques to convert leads into sales
      - Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners through outreach and relationship development
      - Maintain integrity of the company by ensuring full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ year of outbound self-sourcing sales experience
      - Experience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service
      - Proven experience with high volume cold calling
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in inside sales or merchant account sales
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
      - Strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process
      - Self-directed and self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
