What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and analyze data from the employer’s analytics platform to identify patterns and trends
- Streamline data processing for ERP, EHR, and other datasets
- Build templated dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
- Perform data mapping, standardization, validation, and quality assurance
- Coordinate with functional and technical resources to implement new technologies and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BS, BA) required
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare data
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in AWS (experience in S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift preferred)
- Proven analytical skills with large, comprehensive data sets
- US Work Authorization required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with comprehensive healthcare data sets (claims, financial performance, clinical, and other related healthcare data)
- Recent healthcare consulting, analytics, and/or technical experience in a team-based professional services firm environment
