      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and development of technical training programs for distribution, substation, and transmission work
      - Apply instructional design methodologies to assess learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness
      - Develop technical learning materials such as student guides, facilitator guides, assessments, and simulations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver training content while managing multiple priorities
      - Engage subject matter experts for content review and validation, incorporating feedback into final deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years developing instructor-led and on-the-job training for technical skills
      - Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
      - Proven experience performing task analysis
      - Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
      - Excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with QuestionMark, Author-It, and/or Articulate Storyline
      - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - Video production or web-based learning tools experience
      - Academy experience is a plus
