      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and manage the insurance exception report and expiration lists
      - Ensure data integrity for communications with agents and borrowers regarding insurance requirements
      - Assist with lender and internal compliance audits, including those for Fannie, Freddie, and Fitch
      - Provide insurance guidance and support to servicing, production, and senior management
      - Collaborate with Asset Managers, Closers, and Escrow Managers to maintain the integrity of insurance coverage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years' experience with insurance for commercial real estate
      - High school diploma required; undergraduate business degree preferred
      - Relevant experience in commercial real estate finance and loan servicing
      - Experience on the insurance agency or carrier side; insurance underwriting experience is a plus
      - Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Possess current insurance designations (i.e., CPCU, CISR, CIC, AIS, CRM, etc.)
      - Previous experience managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines effectively
