What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage new patient referrals and coordinate timely start-of-care visits
- Serve as a liaison between specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, ensuring smooth coordination and care delivery
- Utilize technology platforms to collect information and match patients with appropriate nurses
- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders via various channels including email, phone, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visit documentation and related tasks are completed efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage inbound communication
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute with high accuracy
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in medical terminology and prior experience in the healthcare industry
- Previous experience in infusion therapy, healthcare intake, or specialty pharmacy
- Familiarity with startup environments and adaptability to fast-paced changes
