What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the administrative functions of the Interprofessional Student Program, ensuring efficient logistics for student experiences
- Coordinate resources across departments to enhance student and preceptor experiences
- Maintain organized and up-to-date student files and oversee necessary supplies and documentation
- Ensure all onboarding and training requirements are completed prior to student placements
- Collect and manage data related to student placements and compensation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in data management and tracking
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-focused mindset
