      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement advanced data and statistical analytics for health policy research
      - Import and integrate large, complex healthcare datasets to create research-ready datasets
      - Collaborate with the analytics team to translate research questions into analytic plans
      - Create detailed data management procedures for transforming healthcare data
      - Draft technical reports and maintain comprehensive programming documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree plus three (3) years of experience in data analytics, health services research, or mathematics, or a Master’s Degree plus one (1) year of experience in a related field
      - Proficiency in manipulating large datasets using statistical programming or advanced data management software, such as SAS and SQL
      - Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Base or Advanced SAS certification
      - Experience with administrative claims data analysis
      - Demonstrated ability to write efficient code and logical thinking
      - Knowledge of geographical coding programs like ArcGIS for health mapping
      - Familiarity with Medicaid eligibility and healthcare coding standards
