What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-line customer support via Discord, live chat, and email
- Develop and maintain a culture of exceptional customer support across multiple channels
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for the community, escalating priority issues as necessary
- Collaborate on building internal programs, tools, resources, and training to enhance support workflows
- Use user feedback to drive product improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, trading, gaming, or web3
- Hands-on experience with exchanges, digital asset platforms, or regulated fintech environments
- Familiarity with payments, market operations, KYC/AML compliance, or trading infrastructure
- Experience managing a large Discord or online community
- Ability to work weekends and off-hours as needed to support a 24/7 business

- Strong understanding of the evolving world of DeFi, prediction markets, and web3
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional writing skills for clear communication with users and internal teams
