- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Manage scope, timeline, and resources while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and successful delivery.
- Track project performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Provide transparent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically in software development (not infrastructure).
- Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent software projects remotely.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
