      Job Title: IT Agile Project Manager
      Location: Remote (USA)
      Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)

      Job Summary:

      We are seeking an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver software development projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing software-focused IT initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar), and excels at cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery of high-impact software products.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle projects using Agile methodologies.
      • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
      • Manage scope, timeline, and resources while ensuring alignment with business goals.
      • Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and successful delivery.
      • Track project performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies proactively.
      • Provide transparent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
      • Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance.

      Required Skills & Experience:
      • 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically in software development (not infrastructure).
      • Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent software projects remotely.
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
      • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
      • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
