What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and propose IT solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring timely delivery within budget and specifications
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role
- Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation
- Experience with project management and IT service management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities

- Experience in implementing IT solutions in a nonprofit or healthcare setting
