What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions, including documentation of business unit needs and technical processes
- Facilitate joint business/IT requirements discussions and stakeholder review meetings
- Provide high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders and identify software functional gaps
- Collaborate with product owners to create product backlogs and user stories using Agile practices
- Provide Tier 2 application support, troubleshoot issues, and manage administrative functions for enterprise software solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Four or more years of experience in financial or health services, including technical business analysis and product development
- Knowledge of financial industry concepts, practices, and guidelines
- Excellent oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Agile certifications
- Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps)
- Proven ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes
- Experience with medium to large enterprise software systems
