What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions, ensuring thorough documentation of business unit needs
- Drive effective discussions between business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Provide high-quality analytical system solutions and collaborate with product owners to create product backlogs
- Support Tier 2 application operations by resolving internal tickets and troubleshooting software issues
- Establish strong working relationships with business lines and third-party service providers to enhance software solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Four or more years of experience in financial services or health services, including technical business analysis and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of financial industry concepts, practices, and guidelines
- Excellent oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Experience with medium to large enterprise software systems and ability to analyze complex technical business processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Agile certifications
- Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps)
- Proven ability to develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
