What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver prompt, high-quality technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving issues across various tools and systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience even in challenging situations
- Collaborate with Engineering to enhance IT automation workflows and reduce manual tasks
- Participate in shift rotations as part of the continuous support operation
- Maintain a thorough understanding of productivity tools, operating systems, and network protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Working knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues on Windows and macOS systems
- Familiarity with help desk and ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk
- Understanding of identity and access management practices and TCP/IP network protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms, particularly JAMF
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals effectively
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Collaborative working style across diverse teams and time zones
