What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities to meet business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define and manage project requirements
- Direct and coordinate project personnel, optimizing resource allocation and managing timelines and budgets
- Prepare and share comprehensive project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed about progress, issues, and risks
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, changes, and obstacles to ensure successful outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering technology projects successfully
- Hands-on experience managing Information Security and Infrastructure initiatives, such as network upgrades and security tool implementations
- Experience using Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) for delivering IT projects
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- Exposure to PCI assessments and managing audits
