What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support system configuration, build, and workflows to maintain regulatory compliance
- Stay updated on various regulatory programs and support inpatient quality initiatives
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant on assigned work
- Manage large, multi-disciplinary regulatory projects and analyze workflows
- Conduct investigations and documentation of operational and reporting specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one Epic clinical application certification required; certification in both inpatient and ambulatory is preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an academic medical center
- Five years of experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of inpatient quality programs, specifically IQR, OQR, IPFQR, and MassHealth CQI
- Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-disciplinary projects
- Advanced interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Preferred knowledge of clinical quality measures
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
