What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and optimize AWS EC2 and EKS clusters for high availability and performance
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for production outages, providing root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams to address questions and share best practices
- Communicate updates on cluster status and incidents to stakeholders
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Proficient in AWS services including EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, and Load Balancers
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of GitOps tools such as Flux or ArgoCD
- Familiarity with AWS CDK for infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Knowledge of Java applications
