What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop backend services using Python
- Build and maintain REST APIs exposed through an API Gateway
- Implement asynchronous workflows and event-driven patterns for resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex integrations
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, and operational standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with Python for production backend development
- Proficiency in REST API development and containerized applications using Docker
- Experience with PostgreSQL, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL platforms
- Familiarity with integrating AI or LLM-based capabilities
- Background in building enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead
- Advanced English proficiency
