      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with permissions across platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, and Google Cloud Platform
      - Execute documented IT service requests and routine changes, including adding, removing, or modifying platforms
      - Maintain up-to-date records of systems access, changes, and configurations
      - Document IT SOPs and assist in IT project coordination
      - Monitor key IT systems and report issues or risks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–3 years of IT experience or equivalent training
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS tools
      - Strong documentation and communication skills
      - Basic proficiency in utilizing a scripting language (e.g., Python)
      - Security-first mindset and awareness of basic IT compliance and governance practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project/program management experience
      - Exposure to or interest in automation and AI tools for enterprise
      - Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
