      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise Client Service staff activities and performance, providing regular feedback based on service level KPIs
      - Handle inbound client calls, triaging inquiries and resolving issues regarding report status and patient specimen reporting
      - Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new care centers, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration
      - Develop and implement Client Service policies and procedures; educate staff and clients on updates
      - Track, analyze, and present account management and quality metrics monthly for care centers and providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Ability to travel for meetings and care center onboardings as needed (less than 5% travel)
      - Medical/lab experience preferred along with coursework in the sciences
      - Knowledge of specimen handling and collection requirements, general laboratory workflow, and basic medical terminology
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a leadership role within client service or laboratory settings
      - Familiarity with EMR systems such as AthenaNet, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities/projects effectively
      - Creative problem-solving skills with an intuitive appreciation of the consumer journey
      - Experience in developing and executing communication plans or educational programs
