Supervise, train, and motivate a team of land operations staff, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
Ensure hotel, car rental & land services are confirmed for customers and confirmation numbers are entered into the Atlas system in an accurate and timely manner.
Set goals and expectations for team, foster skill growth, conduct performance appraisals, and address performance gaps and disciplinary issues.
Perform timekeeping duties including reviewing and approving timecards, verifying adherence to schedules, handling tardiness and absences, and reviewing and approving time-off requests.
Develop and maintain department’s operating procedures and training materials.
Ensure filing and tracking systems are maintained and coordinate the proper archival process for vendor reports and confirmations.
Regularly assess procedures and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Working knowledge of the Atlas system is preferred.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Professional communication skills required, both written and oral, along with demonstrated people management skills, organizational skills and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Summary:
The Land Operations Supervisor ensures accurate and timely confirmation of hotel, car rental, and land services while leading a team to deliver exceptional service to internal customers and vendors. They oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: The starting hourly pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00.
