What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact channels including outbound, inbound, and digital messaging
- Minimize losses by assessing customer situations and providing relevant payment options
- Utilize professional communication to maintain goodwill with customers while securing payments
- Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Review past due accounts and arrange acceptable payment programs with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Maintain a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of Collections experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
