      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-depth portfolio and trend analysis to identify key performance drivers and growth opportunities
      - Develop insights and recommendations to optimize underwriting policies and credit decisioning
      - Monitor and evaluate key credit metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders
      - Partner with Analytics and Data Science to build scalable data models and automated reporting
      - Mentor team members on analytical best practices while fostering a data-driven culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in math, economics, statistics, or other quantitative fields
      - 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
      - 2+ years of consumer lending experience in a large bank or fintech
      - Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fintech experience
      - Experience supporting underwriting strategy, credit policy, or fraud risk decisioning for consumer lending products
      - Familiarity with building dashboards or automated monitoring using modern BI tools
