What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers to develop actionable success plans that align with their business objectives using Spotfire and data science skills
- Build consultative relationships and provide ongoing health assessments to foster long-term customer advocacy
- Guide research and development in machine learning and AI, creating custom solutions for industry-specific challenges
- Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, and engineering to improve customer outcomes and resolve issues
- Actively engage with the Spotfire community, driving adoption and contributing content while representing the team at industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8+ years of data science experience with software environments and programming languages such as Spotfire, Tableau, Python, R, etc.
- Proven experience in advanced data analytics and delivering projects or deployed software applications
- 6-8+ years of experience applying analytics to sector-specific data problems in Manufacturing, Energy, Life Sciences, etc.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and presenting complex concepts
- Master’s or higher degree in a STEM field with coursework in statistics and data mining
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Generative AI and other advanced analytics techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, .Net, Java, IronPython, Javascript, and C++
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese for interactions with Latin American customers
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of successful project outcomes
