What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and observe all on-site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and identify challenges, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical obstacles and ensure efficient coordination
- Leverage technical expertise to optimize designs and propose cost-effective construction solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil/Structural Construction Management or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in civil and structural construction, preferably in the energy or power plant sector
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in energy or power plant construction projects
- Familiarity with advanced project management software
- Additional certifications in construction management or engineering
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
