      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee mechanical equipment performance, including turbines, boilers, and pumps
      - Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to resolve complex mechanical issues
      - Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to plan maintenance activities
      - Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
      - Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance within the power generation industry
      - Strong technical knowledge of power plant equipment and systems
      - Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for mechanical systems
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
