What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate logistics and delivery for ETA training programs, both virtual and in-person
- Assist with updating, improving, and maintaining curricula and learning resources
- Manage participant communications to ensure clarity and a strong learner experience
- Support outreach and coordination with ETA practitioners and speakers
- Track learner feedback and outcomes, and maintain organized documentation and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience designing and delivering learning experiences such as workshops and training materials
- Experience facilitating learning for groups and managing group dynamics
- Experience supporting the execution of events, whether virtual or in-person
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong intellectual curiosity about entrepreneurship through acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and small-business operations
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Gmail, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and the Windows operating system
