- Assist in maintaining corporate and individual insurance licenses
- Conduct ad hoc legal research on important topics impacting the insurance and healthcare industries
- Assist in drafting operational policies and procedures
- Prosecute insurance product rate and form filings
- Assist in preparing external reports to regulators
- Assist the Senior Director of Compliance in conducting compliance investigations
- 3+ years of prior legal or compliance-related experience preferred
- Impeccable organization and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn the operational nuances of an innovative health insurance business
- Legal research experience
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or other data management tools
- Bachelor’s Degree

About the Role
As a Legal Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Sidecar Health’s insurance operations. Reporting to the Senior Counsel for Insurance Operations, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable subject matter expertise within a highly regulated industry.

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
