What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with pre-qualified prospective clients (PNCs) via phone, video conferencing, or in person to clarify their legal situations and guide them in retaining legal representation
- Utilize a consultative, ethical sales approach based on empathy and active listening
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the CRM system for all client interactions
- Follow up with PNCs who initially decline services and ensure satisfaction with current clients
- Facilitate a smooth transition to the legal team once clients are onboarded
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Attorney in Georgia
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in legal or client-centered industries
- Proven track record of converting leads into paying clients and meeting performance goals
- Strong understanding of family law terminology and processes
- Exceptional phone communication and active listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
- Coursework or certification in sales, client relations, or legal studies
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably MyCase
- Experience managing confidential client information with professionalism
- Familiarity with law firm operations and collaboration within a legal team
