What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote the sale of life insurance products in a call center environment, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Complete necessary applications and forms while adhering to internal processing procedures
- Provide advanced technical and product information in response to customer inquiries to achieve sales goals
- Meet established sales goals and performance expectations set by management
- Successfully complete training related to all life insurance products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required; at least 1 year in insurance and/or financial services preferred
- Current license to sell life insurance
- Proven track record of delivering high-level customer-focused services
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products

- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage and navigate multiple sources of information effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to diverse audiences
