      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and manage the intake of legal documents, ensuring proper triage and tracking
      - Utilize a Legal Matter Management system to monitor and assign cases to appropriate team members
      - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and messaging libraries for consistent service delivery
      - Track litigation deadlines and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
      - Prepare reports and Key Performance Indicators for senior management to ensure compliance and performance metrics are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification required
      - Minimum of 4 years of litigation or risk management experience
      - Strong understanding of litigation documents and the urgency of responses
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Software as a Service (SAAS) systems
      - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Claims adjustment experience is a plus
      - Experience with Legal Matter Management systems or docketing software is a plus
      - Strong leadership and team management skills
