What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate and troubleshoot brake press machines for production
- Follow work orders, blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions to complete tasks
- Conduct daily maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Use inspection tools to perform quality checks on parts according to work instructions
- Adhere to job site safety procedures and standards during manufacturing processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High degree of mechanical aptitude
- Experience with brake press machines
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Good computer skills
- Must pass print reading, measurement, and fraction/decimal conversion tests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with safety and quality policies in a production setting
- Strong problem-solving skills related to machine operation
