What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate and troubleshoot brake press machines for production
- Follow work orders, blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions for production tasks
- Conduct daily maintenance on machinery
- Perform quality checks using inspection tools like calipers and micrometers
- Adhere to job site safety procedures and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High degree of mechanical aptitude
- Experience with brake press machines
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Good computer skills
- Ability to pass print reading, measurement, and fraction/decimal conversion tests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
