      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop relationships and facilitate peer group meetings for commercial construction CEOs and executives
      - Collect and analyze financial information of peer group members
      - Coordinate meeting preparation, logistics, and follow-through with PCA staff
      - Conduct peer group meetings with a focus on quality and accountability
      - Deliver one-on-one consulting to assist peer group members in achieving their goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum 10 years of business experience required
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time required
      - 5 years of experience consulting with closely held business owners
      - Experience owning or operating a commercial construction business

      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Demonstrable delivery of high-quality work within agreed timeframes
