What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and motivation to a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement pipeline-building plans to ensure team success
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to enhance processes and team efficiency
- Assist with sales opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts and projections
- Coach team members on leveraging internal resources and using Salesforce effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the Enterprise space (1000 employees and up)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a sales organization in the software industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling into the healthcare industry
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
- High School Diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Apple as an alliance partner
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute sales strategies
- Experience in selling IT, Mobility, and Security products/solutions
- Experience in legal and contract negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
