      Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Manager, Long Term Recovery (Operations) to join TR's Programs x Long Term Recovery team! The Manager , Long Term Recovery (Operations) will track performance of the Long Term Recovery team while also overseeing Logistics , Finance, and software platforms to support our Client Services and Construction Management teams. This position will require strong attention-to-detail, critical thinking, flexibility, analytical methodologies, and a GSD attitude . The Manager , Long Term Recovery (Operations) will be responsible for training and maintenance of CaseWorthy and Procore, overseeing logistics and finance, and ensuring the Long Term Recovery team continues to improve efficiency and efficacy.

This position reports to TR’s Director, Long Term Recovery and is based remote anywhere within the continental United States ("Lower 48").
      Duties:
      • Manage a support team of Logistics and Finance.
      • Ensure adequate accounting of; and track, analyze, and report on; trends in supply chain utilization and efficiency of cost vs Donations In-Kind (DIK), labor costs, and impacts on budget vs actual cost.
      • Monitor Long Term Recovery project locations and ensure alignment with the CDC’s Social Vulnerability Index (SVI).
      • Collect, analyze, and report on Long Term Recovery’s impact in disaster locations to internal stakeholders and donors.
      • Review data, coach new users , and improve utilization of Long Term Recovery’s two main software platforms: Caseworthy for Client Services and Procore for Construction Management including creating new case/project files and ensuring coordination with Finance for propagation to ERP and accounting software.
      • Assist in the utilization of Xactimate to understand general commercial values of services and analyze efficacy of our contractor bids and change orders.
      • Synthesize Team Rubicon response data and other data sets to inform Long Term Recovery program assessments.
      • Jointly review client case files, scopes of work, and project estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
      • Monitor weather events and ensure Long Term Recovery team accounts for impacts to timeline and lead the follow-up with historical clients experiencing new disasters.

      Experience and Background:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in the military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields
      • 1-3 years of experience with tools for data management, data analysis, and data visualization like PowerBI , Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ArcGIS
      Special Requirements:
      • This is a full-time ; REMOTE position and can be based anywhere within the continental United States ("Lower 48") and provides a flexible & non-traditional work schedule (relocation expenses not provided)
      • Other Travel: At least 20 % non-travel to support departmental initiatives and may require scheduled or unscheduled work during evenings or weekends

      Pay Range:

      • $77,210.66 - $115,157.95 per year

      The hiring range reflects where in the range we most likely intend to hire for this role. Additionally, compensation within that range can vary for several reasons including market conditions, cost of living, skills/capabilities, experience, etc.
