  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead and support a solution engineering team focused on reusable libraries and platform enablement across product teams
  - Provide coaching, feedback, and technical support to enhance team development and performance
  - Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of shared standards and coordinated adoption of platform solutions
  - Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices across CI/CD, deployment, and scaling
  - Serve as a Level 4 escalation point for complex application-related production issues, coordinating resolution across teams
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership through mentoring and collaboration
  - Strong experience designing and supporting backend services and RESTful APIs in production environments
  - Hands-on proficiency with C# (.NET / ASP.NET Core); Python experience is highly valued
  - Experience working with AWS cloud services or comparable cloud platforms
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of API security and authentication methods (e.g., OAuth2, JWT)
  - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  - Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
  - Comfort working in globally distributed teams and adapting to shifting priorities
