What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Shape development programs for career progression to maintain talent engagement
- Drive operational rigor and predictability across all business elements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies
- Facilitate feedback loops between Sales and other departments to identify market opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS
- At least 1 year of experience in building and managing a high-performing Sales or Sales Development organization
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to give and receive feedback
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments, particularly with hybrid teams
- Proven track record in building pipeline programs and driving revenue
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling complex technical products
- Familiarity with change management in achieving aggressive revenue milestones
- Subject matter expertise in pipeline generation strategies
