      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and lead the sourcing function by establishing best practices, workflows, tools, and metrics for the engineering sourcing team
      - Hire, coach, mentor, and manage a team of technical sourcers while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
      - Drive market research and talent intelligence initiatives to identify skill gaps and emerging trends within the industry
      - Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for high-priority engineering roles across software, infrastructure, and security
      - Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to align sourcing strategies with business goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing sourcers or recruiters
      - Proven experience in building and leading technical sourcing teams in high-growth environments
      - Expertise in passive candidate engagement and talent mapping for complex engineering roles
      - Deep understanding of sourcing tools, CRM systems, and boolean/X-ray techniques
      - Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across recruiting and business stakeholders
