What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to enhance customer retention and loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets and prepare reports for management
- Lead, manage, and mentor Business Development Managers and Account Development Managers to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and satisfaction levels while addressing any concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of successful experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving sales, exceeding sales targets, and retaining existing accounts
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience applying Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and Large Account Management Training or similar strategic sales model
- A demonstrated ability to develop high-performing sales teams and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Knowledge of the regional market and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
