What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare market data to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, including survey design and analysis
- Prepare and present market intelligence reports and visualizations to senior leadership
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct SWOT analyses to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain AI agents to facilitate data access and knowledge sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field required
- 2+ years of experience in market intelligence, market research, or data analysis, preferably within healthcare
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Experience and/or certification in AI tools, including building synthetic users
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
