      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare market data to support strategic decision-making
      - Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, including survey design and analysis
      - Prepare and present market intelligence findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
      - Monitor and evaluate competitors’ activities and market positioning
      - Develop and maintain AI agents to facilitate data access and knowledge sharing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in market intelligence, market research, or data analysis, preferably in healthcare
      - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and data visualization platforms
      - Experience and/or certification in AI tools, including building synthetic users, required
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
      - Excellent writing and storytelling skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including CoPilot and CoPilot Studio
