What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage as an active thought partner during both internal team and external client meetings; present key findings and implications to clients
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, and leverage other stakeholder engagement methods to gather qualitative data
- Develop and deliver client presentations, portraying complex problems and analyses in a succinct and understandable narrative
- Manage assigned project analysis, deliverables, and related logistics with guidance from project managers and leadership
- Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, targets, or other metrics to inform client deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- US Work Authorization Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience
- First-year MBA students actively working towards completion of a 2-year program
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with Higher Education institutions
- Familiarity with data analysis and presentation tools beyond Microsoft Office
- Previous consulting experience or internships in relevant industries
