      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Procure new oxygen patient referrals to meet and exceed sales targets
      - Represent and promote the employer's products and services to the referral community
      - Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
      - Create and execute territory sales plans, including strategic and tactical approaches
      - Assist with equipment delivery and setup when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of medical referral sales experience
      - Associate degree in Sales, Technical, Business, Clinical, or a related field of study
      - Basic knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Proven track record of successful team participation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Clinical background or licensure (RT, RN)
      - Experience working with the 65+ demographic
      - 3+ years of medical referral sales experience for senior roles
      - Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Successful experience in identifying new referral opportunities
