      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and implementation of clinical development programs aligned with product development plans
      - Oversee education for investigators, study site personnel, and study staff
      - Lead clinical study teams, ensuring study integrity and data communication
      - Develop and maintain relationships with academic investigators and key opinion leaders
      - Author clinical sections for regulatory filings and collaborate with cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or non-US equivalent of MD required
      - Completion of a residency program strongly preferred
      - At least 3 years of pharmaceutical drug development experience required
      - Experience in blood cancers or solid tumors desirable
      - Completion of a subspecialty fellowship is desirable

      - Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory compliance
      - Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Experience in developing clinical strategies and study protocols
      - Ability to run complex clinical research programs with minimal direction
